KMS activation via Powershell or CMD
Follow these steps to enable Office 365 via Powershell or CMD using KMS Volume Licensing:
1. Open Command Prompt (CMD) as administrator. To do this, press the Windows key, type CMD, right-click on the Command Prompt app, and click on “Run as administrator”.
2. Copy and paste the following command in the console.
Press Enter to run each command line.
cd /d %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office16
cd /d %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office16
This command enters the Office directory in CMD, which will depend on your operating system architecture (32 or 64-bit). To avoid complications, run both commands. One will show an error, but the other will run fine.
3. Run this command to install the Office 365 volume license.

If you get error 0xC004F074, repeat the steps from the CMD commands. This error is displayed when there are communication problems with the server or with your Internet connection.
Also, note that the Office 365 KMS license is valid for 180 days. However, it renews automatically, so you will have the software activated for life. If the software is disabled, you will have to re-enter CMD commands.
